Senior Quantitative Analyst
to join our
Investment Innovation, Integration & Trading (I3T)
team within the
Global Liquid Markets (GLM)
unit. The role involves applying advanced quantitative methods, data modeling, and emerging technologies to enhance investment decision-making, collaborating with Portfolio Managers and Traders on high-profile projects involving portfolio construction, performance assessment, and strategy development. Responsibilities
Design and implement quantitative models for portfolio construction, performance attribution, and investment strategies. Build and refine analytic models, develop data pipelines, and create dashboards using Python, SQL, Dash, and Power BI. Employ machine learning, AI, and GPT-based solutions to improve market analysis and decision-making. Identify opportunities for capability upgrades, monitor industry trends, and maintain a competitive edge. Manage multiple projects ensuring timely, high-quality results with effective communication. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. 3+ years of experience in portfolio analysis or investment management, preferably in fixed-income. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Dash and Power BI; familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks. Knowledge of machine learning, AI, and their applications in finance is a plus. Experience with BlackRock’s Aladdin, Bloomberg, Macrobond is preferred. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication skills, and interest in fixed-income markets. About Us
