Additionally, change management is essential, involving the documentation and communication of project changes to the business and all key stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment. Job Description: Our Strategic Partnerships is looking to expand our team and seeking a Project Manager – Strategic Partnerships to lead and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines. This highly visible role will aid and oversee the onboarding and optimization of our embedded franchise partnership teams. Project Planning: Define scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders Act as liaison between business units, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders Risk Management: Identify project risks and assist with development of mitigation strategies to address issues Project Execution: Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management software and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Provide regular updates on project status, progress and challenges to leadership Change Management: Manage project changes and ensure they are documented and communicated 2+ years of experience in project management minimum ~ Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices ~ Proficiency in Project Management software, JIRA, Trello, Monday.Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Project Management or related field ~ 3+ years Project Management experience ~ PMP or equivalent certification, ( example: scrum master certification) Project Planning Business Unit Liaison Risk Management Identification and Mitigation Project Execution Change management Document Meeting Minutes High quality voluntary health, vision, disability, life, and dental insurance programs ~Employee Stock Purchase Plan ~ Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave ~ Corporate sponsored programs to enhance employee physical, financial, mental, and emotional wellness Goosehead is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations.
