You’ll play a key role in representing our brand, building client trust, and helping our team grow stronger every day. Manage construction projects from inspection through completion Lead and mentor in-house crews and subcontractors Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards Build strong relationships with customers, tenants, and insurance partners Conduct site inspections, document scopes, and resolve challenges proactively Participate in our 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency response Experience in construction project management or a related field Tech-savvy with project management software, MS Office, and Google Workspace Be part of a company that values people first — our team and our customers
