Job Duties:

• Implement care and activities of daily living (ADLs) as per the resident service plan
• Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms
• Show empathy and develop caring rapport with residents; promote independence and self-care
• Deliver care according to individual service plans
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Complete incident reports timely; follow safety and infection control policies; promote a clean and safe environment; assist with community cleanliness
• Recognize, respond to, and report safety concerns in residents’ environment

Qualifications:

• AZ Caregiver certification
• Proven experience as a personal care assistant
• Commitment to health & safety
• Reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, compassionate attitude
• Physical stamina
• CPR certification, fingerprint card
