Overview
Join to apply for the Caregiver role at Always Best Care Seattle. We are a W2 agency, not 1099. This position offers weekly pay, paid orientation, paid training, a flexible schedule, competitive wages, and opportunities for growth, recognition, and additional hours. We also offer two fully paid trainings per month (including lunch), a CNA scholarship, and a mentorship program to support caregivers. Cal savers and same-day pay via tap check are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and transfers.
- Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.
- Meal preparation.
- Medication reminders.
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
- Assist with incontinence care.
- Assist with transportation for shopping, errands, and doctor appointments.
Qualifications
- Vaccinated / Booster a plus.
- 1 or more years of experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proof of auto insurance.
