A key Optimus client is seeking an Endur Business Analyst to work within a Commodities Trade Processing, Trade Lifecycle Management, Risk, and PnL team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in physical and financial deals, scheduling, trade lifecycle, risk reporting, P&L, and market data for Power & Natural Gas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and analyzing trade operations within the Endur platform.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of business users to understand and solve complex business problems.
• Collaborating with IT teams to support system implementations and enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Endur business analyst, preferably supporting Natural Gas & Power trading operations.
• Experience working with IT teams on system support, functional expertise, and technical design.
• Knowledge of trade operation infrastructure, interfaces, and ETRM business flow.
• Ability to influence IT strategies and engage stakeholders effectively.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in Endur, including deal modeling, lifecycle management, market data, and P&L/risk reporting (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of North American energy commodities, physical and financial trading, scheduling, and data flow.
• Experience with Openlink Endur and trade operation infrastructure.
• Ability to grasp complex energy systems and organizational interdependencies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
