Description

We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team in Cookeville, Tennessee. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate in-person meetings and drive project progress.

Prepare summary reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Maintain and update websites, SharePoint, and other technology solutions to support business operations.

Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and standards in all business activities.

Assist in the coordination of projects, timelines, and resources to meet objectives.

Provide deskside support and guidance for cloud technologies and Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Facilitate the use of ServiceNow and Planview applications for efficient project management.

Collect and analyze data to improve processes and drive informed decision-making.

Support team members in delivering high-quality solutions while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

Proven ability to conduct research and analyze business processes.

Experience in project management and coordination of timelines.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint administration, and cloud technologies.

Familiarity with ServiceNow and Planview applications for project tracking.

Understanding of compliance requirements, local laws, and policies.

Ability to facilitate meetings and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Leadership skills to guide teams and manage priorities effectively.
