We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance.

The Business Systems Analyst will lead efforts in collecting, managing, and prioritizing mission user needs, from concept development to user story creation, supporting development and deployment. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, defining backlogs, and ensuring user perspectives are integrated. The role emphasizes improving usability, user experience, and driving engagement. The analyst will document business rules, create workflow diagrams, and provide consultation on complex projects, considering business implications of technology applications.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility
• At least one (1+) year of experience in management, business analysis, or system engineering
• Experience with systems integration projects
• Experience in business process improvement
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or, in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience
