The Analyst, Business Intelligence, is expected to gather requirements for data collection and analysis and provide a business intelligence solution to identify actionable insights. In addition, the role will work with colleagues throughout the company to determine analytical requirements and optimum solutions. The qualified individual should have significant previous experience in developing analytic solutions and should have superior technical skills, enabling them to develop the most appropriate solution for business needs. Good organizational and collaborative skills are critical for this position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather requirements and identify opportunities for analytic solutions.
- Develop business intelligence solutions for projects and requests given to the team.
- Gather requirements for projects requested by the team.
- Maintain reporting solutions after they go live.
- Develop enhancements to existing reporting solutions, adding new functionalities as requested.
- Develop solid working relationships with coworkers and support all other stakeholders as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field preferred
- Three or more years of experience developing analytic solutions, including experience in using SQL and Power BI
- Experience with documentation, process mapping, SOP, audit, risk management and compliance
- Experience in enterprise transactional systems
- Experience in analytics, executive level reporting, scorecards, and visualizations
- Experience in software and reporting structure planning and implementation
- Strong experience with design and development in business intelligence applications
- Excellent math, formulation and calculation skills
- Strong skills with SQL to query data and prepare reporting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, macro development
- Must be a self-starter with demonstrated skills in meeting deadlines
- Solid business acumen with advanced skills in understanding organizational processes and executing business analytics to identify variances and trends
- Effective with communication, business partnering, and presenting to senior leaders
- Must be 18 years or older
