Attention all Dental Assistants! We invite you to partner with us in providing dental exams, treatments, and X-rays to our Military Service members.
Work primarily on weekends, with occasional weekdays in California, on an "as needed" basis.
We provide Health Readiness Services to meet the medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force for the following branches:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities include:
- Providing dental services in a mobile environment
- Performing digital X-rays (BW & PANO)
- Sterilizing instruments
Requirements:
- Active Dental Assistant Certification in California (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA)
- Active Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting
- Experience with sterilization and basic administrative tasks
- Experience working with military personnel is preferred
- Proficient in computer programs
- Weekend availability is required
