Description

Attention all Dental Assistants! We invite you to partner with us in providing dental exams, treatments, and X-rays for our Military Service members.

Our work primarily occurs on weekends, with occasional weekdays, in the State of ______, on an "as needed" basis.

We offer health readiness services to ensure the medical and dental requirements are met to maintain a deployable military force for the following branches:

  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
  • Administer Digital X-Rays (BW & PANO).
  • Sterilize instruments following standard procedures.

Requirements:

  • Active Dental Assistant Certification in the state (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA).
  • Active Radiology Certification.
  • CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting.
  • Experience with sterilization protocols.
  • Experience with basic administrative tasks.
  • Military experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with computer programs.
  • Weekend availability is required.
