here . Position Overview

We seek a Director to develop and expand our Accounting Advisory practice in Boston. You will provide services such as IPO assistance, complex accounting policy advice under US GAAP and IFRS, restatement support, financial reporting, and internal control improvements. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. Primary Objectives

Client Delivery

Lead complex transactions, accounting standards, financial reporting, and operational accounting services. Conduct IPO-readiness assessments and assist clients preparing for going public. Advise on complex accounting policies across US GAAP and IFRS, including consolidation, derivatives, revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, impairments, and more. Transform finance and accounting functions via process improvements, operational enhancements, integration, and data analytics. Practice Leadership

Manage client accounts, projects, staffing, budgets, and deliverables throughout project lifecycle. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs. Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Resolve issues and risks promptly. Drive business growth through new opportunities, methodologies, and team development. Contribute to strategic planning and talent recruitment. Ideal Skills and Qualifications

12+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience. Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and complex technical issues. Big Four or equivalent consulting experience. Strong business acumen and understanding of accounting processes. Leadership skills and client relationship expertise. Mentorship capabilities and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail with strategic thinking. Creative, confident, adaptable, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit. Great sense of humor! Certifications Desired

CPA or CA. Compensation & Benefits

Estimated range: $169,000 - $356,000 annually plus bonus and benefits. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), parental leave, stipends, wellness programs, and more. Details at
