We are seeking a Senior Client Implementation Analyst at a global asset management firm located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02109. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in investment operations and client onboarding. This is a temporary 12-month role, offering up to $42.00 per hour, based on experience, with a 40-hour workweek. The position requires on-site presence 3 days per week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client and product services, including: Client funding for separate accounts and commingled funds Launching ETFs, Mutual Funds, Seed Funds, and other commingled products Client and fund liquidations and terminations Custodian and recordkeeper changes Contractual review Understanding complex fund structures Collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning and execution JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree required 6+ years of experience in investment operations and client onboarding Deep understanding of complex investment issues, processes, vehicles, and client events Strong project management skills Excellent interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities under time constraints Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to email their updated resume in Word format to hgorman@daleyaa.com for immediate consideration.
