Inventory Control Associate

As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a vital role in tracking and managing raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies using ERP systems. You will conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy, receive and inspect incoming shipments, coordinate with production and shipping teams, and prepare inventory reports to reconcile variances. Prepare inventory reports and reconcile variances. Maintain organized and labeled storage areas in compliance with safety standards. Assist with logistics planning and inventory forecasting. Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control and warehouse efficiency. Experience with general labor, assembly, and cycle counts. Mechanical aptitude and experience with packaging, inspection, and extrusion. Proficiency in quality inspection and data handling. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Work in an extrusion plastics manufacturing environment, operating from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, Delaware. The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
