THE ROLE: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE - CALL TAKER In your role as a Customer Care Representative - Call Taker at our plumbing and heating company, your day begins with promptly answering incoming calls using the approved company greeting. You manage the company inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper message routing. Gathering accurate customer information and entering it into Service Titan is essential as you book and confirm service appointments to enhance the customer experience. You proactively notify clients of any delays in technician arrivals and assist in rescheduling when necessary. Dispatching service and maintenance calls efficiently is part of your routine, focused on maximizing productivity while maintaining customer satisfaction. You create and follow up on new leads to support company growth and conduct follow-up calls with customers to confirm their satisfaction, particularly for Club Membership clients. Professional communication is key in all your interactions, and you collaborate closely with field staff and office management to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you assist with reports and scheduling while identifying workflow improvements, all while upholding the company's Code of Ethics and Team Rules. Your efforts directly contribute to the success of the team and the happiness of our customers.

All that you need for this entry-level role is: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Prior customer service, call center, or office experience required ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred (but not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, etc.) Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or the construction industry preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required This customer service role is an entry-level position and we're willing to train the right personality!
