SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a
Senior Project Manager II
to lead large or multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, safety, and strong customer relationships through exceptional service and team mentoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise overall financial health of projects Develop and maintain project financial projections Allocate project estimate into financial system Determine cost codes, approve invoices, manage budget decisions Provide financials and billings to accounting for timely payment Handle subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, manage career development Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative Handle change orders, obtain customer/architect approval Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience Current driver's license Basic understanding of construction law and business practices Active listening and effective communication skills Ability to travel up to 100% Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans A few benefits offered include:

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
