Principal Engineer Oracle Cloud EPM

Corporate Engineering, a team within D2E2, oversees the technological roadmap, strategy and execution of pivotal transformation projects that support various corporate functions. Corporate Engineering is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of large-scale projects that drive back-office transformation through initiatives that reshape the technological landscape and usher in key changes across various domains. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Engineer Oracle Cloud EPM to lead the technical design, development, and optimization of our Oracle Cloud EPM platform. This role will serve as a technical thought leader, driving architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and performance, and mentoring engineering teams across planning, profitability, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM modulesincluding PCMCS, Planning, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, and EDMCSalong with a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance), enabling seamless cross-platform alignment and data integrity. Responsibilities of the Role: Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, with a strong emphasis on PCMCS for cost allocation, profitability modeling, and financial analysis. Drive integration strategies between Oracle Cloud EPM and Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance), ensuring consistency and accuracy across planning, actuals, and profitability reporting. Own the technical roadmap for EPM and its boundary applications, including integrations with Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and enterprise reporting platforms. Provide technical leadership for initiatives such as EPM modernization, cloud migration, and automation of financial processes. Collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to define and enforce best practices for EPM data modeling, metadata management, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to metadata, data precision, and system performance across EPM and ERP platforms. Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance EPM capabilities and support long-term strategic goals. Requirements of the Role: 10+ years of experience in enterprise performance management systems, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM. Mandatory hands-on experience with PCMCS, including rule configuration, allocation models, and performance tuning. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance), including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules. Proven experience in designing and implementing EPM integrations with ERP and boundary applications. Hands-on experience with EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS. Proficiency in scripting, automation, and performance tuning in large-scale EPM environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams. Knowledge of mutual fund industry, data and processes highly preferred. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms. Familiarity with Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and enterprise reporting tools. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in EPM contexts. Oracle Cloud EPM and ERP certifications are a plus.
