The People Analytics Manager plays a vital role in the team, driving the foundational work necessary to deliver and execute analytics solutions and products. Responsibilities: Streamlining data management, building automated data pipelines, and creating data products for People Analytics to advance business intelligence capabilities within the HR function. Building, maintaining, and managing security pipelines for People Analytics products to reduce compliance risks and ensure controlled access. Developing People Analytics-specific data products leveraging Python and Microsoft Fabric to enable faster, cleaner, and more reliable data integration into PowerBI. Building and maintaining robust and scalable semantic data models for AI-ready People Analytics dashboards to increase self-service analytics adoption. Managing continuous People Analytics data updates and automating data pipelines to reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy. Partnering with HR Technology and Tech@Lilly to support the foundational build and testing of data integration into the HR Enterprise Data Warehouse. Managing team documentation and business continuity plans. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology or related field 3+ years of relevant professional experience in reporting and analytics and/or data engineering Hands-on experience extracting reports in HR Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, etc.) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data management using SQL or Microsoft Fabric (preferred) Intermediate to advanced proficiency with analytics/statistical tools: R or Python (preferred) Intermediate to advanced skills in data visualization tools: Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI (preferred) Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Additional Skills/Preferences: Experience managing projects and independently driving deliverables Solid understanding of Human Resources data and related business processes Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with HR and non-HR stakeholders Strong written and interpersonal communication skills Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance, proactively identifying and executing tasks Capable of recognizing opportunities for process improvement and implementing sustainable, innovative solutions Demonstrates strong motivation, rapid learning abilities, and a growth mindset Additional Information: The preferred location for this position is in Indianapolis, however remote work may be considered. The anticipated wage for this position is $57,750 - $129,800. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
