Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a

Director, PGP Operations - Centre of Excellence

to join our team! The Director, PGP Operations will lead global improvements in Cylinder Maintenance, Distribution, and Logistics within the Packaged Gases (PGP) Centre of Excellence. This role collaborates with regional and segment leaders to define best practices, drive productivity, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance across Linde's global network.

What you will be doing:

Lead global strategy and execution for Cylinder Maintenance, Distribution, and Logistics, including network design and real-time execution technologies.

Define and implement best practices, standards, and performance metrics across regions.

Conduct productivity assessments at major sites and support replication at smaller locations.

Collaborate with global vendors and internal functions (IT, Procurement, Digital) to ensure alignment with business needs.

Drive performance improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and action planning.

Facilitate global communication and knowledge sharing through regular calls and updates.

Ensure alignment with safety, service, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

What makes you great:

15+ years in PGP Operations and Distribution, with deep knowledge of the Linde Operating Model.

Degree in Business, Operations, or Logistics; postgraduate qualification preferred.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Competencies:

Strategic thinking and visible leadership aligned with Linde's values.

Expertise in cylinder operations, logistics systems, and safety regulations.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Cultural awareness and adaptability; fluent in English.
