What You'll Do
As our Counter Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering outstanding service as part of a collaborative sales team. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner, provide product information and literature, and guide them to appropriate team members for quotes or special orders. Handle Sales and Transactions:
Process orders, sales, and quotes using the POS system; ensure accurate entry of transactions and maintain awareness of stock product availability. Support Inventory and Merchandising:
Stock shelves, perform cycle counts, and help maintain organized, well-stocked inventory in accordance with store procedures. Maintain Store Operations:
Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, manage the cash drawer, and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and professional. Foster Relationships and Teamwork:
Build positive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers while promoting stock products and supporting sales through walk-in and telephone traffic. Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you bring:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1+ years of Customer Service/Sales experience preferred
• Skills: Entry Level Knowledge of products within the department for Promotion and Sale
• Bonus Points: Experience with BisTrack software
