Job Overview The PACE Care Center Supervisor is responsible for supporting all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned site. These may include clinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative tasks, nutritional services, participant transportation, and day center activities. The role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare and social services at the AltaMed PACE center. The supervisor will support operational compliance with licensing, regulatory standards, and company policies, and contribute to staff management, budgeting, process improvement, and care coordination.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration, or related health care discipline preferred. Clinical license required if applicable.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare or a related field.

Experience collaborating with disciplines such as nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology.

Experience in process or quality improvement projects is preferred.

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location are preferred.

Valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA or Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation $68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annually
