Summary
To lead, perform or assist in a variety of quality control activities in accordance with applicable company standards, Site Specific Quality Management Plan, and approved contract documents. Our client has many upcoming projects that require specialized personnel with heavy government & military experience. Specifically, we are looking for team members who have military service experience in the following roles or departments: USACE United States Army Corps of Engineers NAVFAC Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command Responsibilities
Develop understanding and working knowledge of the corporate quality control program, company standards, procedures, and building codes required to perform assigned work. Develop Water+Min5 plan with the project team. Review, comment, and work with the Division Quality Manager for approval of trade partner project-specific Quality Control Plans. Perform inspections and witness tests applicable to discipline to determine work acceptability. Maintain work performance records, inspection records, and other related documents, ensuring their accuracy. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to manage the site quality program and assist in resolving non-compliance issues. Assist in the preparation and implementation of the quality control program, including procedures, inspection instructions, and control of measurement and testing equipment. Participate in internal and external quality control audits. Review purchase and submittal documents for compliance with quality control requirements. Assist in resolving reported project non-conformance issues. Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and codes. Ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective measures. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Assist in and document commissioning processes. Benefits
