Proctors for Touro University Physician Assistant Program

Overview Work alongside course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums and proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations. Responsibilities Work alongside TU-PA course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums. Proctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodations. Be familiar with academic integrity protocols -- e.g. distance, seating, focused attention, exam start/stop time policies. Be able to confront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of integrity rules. Qualifications Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Sensitivity in communications with faculty, students, and other staff. Ability to follow integrity protocols. Comfort with an occasional need to confront and report suspicious behavior. Collaborative working style. Work experience in any educational or administrative capacity. Work Conditions Able to lift up to 5 lbs. Extensive time sitting and standing. Salary Maximum Salary: USD $25.00/Hr. Minimum Salary: USD $20.00/Hr.
