Bilingual

Sales Account Manager

to join our team in

Miramar, FL . This bilingual (English/Spanish) professional will play a key role in growing and maintaining client relationships, promoting our manufacturing services, and supporting customers through every step of the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a consultative approach to sales, with a strong focus on client success and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Promote and sell manufacturing services for our branded products and private formulations

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative selling

Prepare and send product quotations, presentations, and sample packages

Provide product information including benefits, packaging, logistics, registration, and lead times

Coordinate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Regulatory, Accounting, R&D, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and project success

Monitor order processing, invoicing, shipping, and export documentation

Support registration processes and documentation for product approvals

Maintain up-to-date customer records including quotes, prices, and packaging details

Collaborate with accounting on collections and payment follow-ups

Generate and present monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback

Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and strengthen client relationships

Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues in a collaborative environment

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

1–3 years of experience

in sales, account management, or customer service

Bilingual in English and Spanish – required

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy: Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

and

CRM tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed

Strong motivation for sales and meeting/exceeding goals
