Summary As a
Manager Service Delivery (Remote in US)
at Gainwell, you will leverage technology to improve health outcomes for vulnerable communities, working with innovative solutions to healthcare challenges. Your responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing resources across teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, using tools like
Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Resource Plus .
Your role in our mission
Lead planning and execution of projects across business, clinical, or IT units
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
Manage project risks, budgets, and change control processes
Coordinate internal and external resources across departments
Utilize resource planning platforms to forecast, assign, and optimize team capacity
Partner with team leads to resolve resource conflicts and align staffing with demand
Maintain real-time capacity and resource utilization reports
Serve as liaison between project sponsors, stakeholders, and teams
Provide weekly project and resource status updates
Lead resource review and project prioritization meetings
What we're looking for
Leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership, or program management in tech industries, with ability to motivate diverse teams
Understanding of healthcare technology, PBM, or pharmacy operations for project and budget management
Strong communication skills to build relationships and resolve resource conflicts
Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) with at least five years of relevant experience
Familiarity with capacity modeling, time tracking, or workforce analytics
