Description: Creates, owns, and manages product features related to roadmaps, strategy, and company objectives. Develops business process flow diagrams to aid in creating user stories and designing architecture. Generates detailed and well-formed user stories with acceptance criteria. Manages the product backlog, prioritizing stories as needed. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate solutions. Collaborates with other product owners and represents the team to stakeholders. Remains adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Participates in scrum ceremonies and leads refinement meetings. Works with QA to ensure functionalities are tested and issues are tracked and resolved. Partners with UI/UX teams to ensure user experience aligns with business needs. Contributes to the growth and performance of the Agile team. Generates release notes for new features. Salary Range:
$98,517 - $145,951 (Grade 112) Minimum Requirements
1-5 years’ experience as a product owner or related roles, or 3-5 years in escrow or real estate tax at a senior level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, SharePoint, and lifecycle management tools. Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
