Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability before reaching customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities accurately; generate reports summarizing findings. Collaborate with teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to quality control procedures. Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure product compliance. Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and management to address quality concerns. Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures. Qualifications: Experience as a Quality Inspector in manufacturing, preferably in metalworking or fabrication. Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools. Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications. Familiar with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is a plus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in quality control are a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, bending).
