- Develop and lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, driving sales through business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving.
- Nurture talent and lead a team: engage and develop team members to realize their personal best and contribute to a thriving store culture.
- Inspire others and act as a dynamic brand ambassador focused on results through your team.

We'd Love To Hear From People With
- 2 years retail / customer service management experience OR
- 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset in a sales-focused environment
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- Ability to work full time (often >40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
