Responsibilities
- Deliver game-changing solutions to secure Capital One’s business applications and data traversing the network infrastructure from BOT attacks.
- Ensure business agility, user productivity, and operational simplicity by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and drive execution in a rapidly changing security and cloud environment.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- At least 6 years of experience working in Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 2+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (WAF, Botnet Protection, DDoS Mitigation, IPS/IDS, NGFW, DNS Security)
- One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
- Experience solutioning, deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises

Additional Information
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
Locations and salary ranges include:
- Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300
- McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300
- New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300
- Plano, TX: $175,500 - $200,300
- Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300
- San Francisco, CA: $210,500 - $240,300
