Your Future Team

As a Talent Acquisition Associate , you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier candidates to our growth. You will deliver a high-quality candidate experience and this position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment Relationships

  • Develops and manages recruitment relationships with potential candidates, employees, and referral organizations. Measurement is based on time and quality of hire, retention rates, and feedback from hiring manager.

Recruitment Cycle Management

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting requisitions, reviewing resumes scheduling interviews, and strategy development ensuring requirements are met. Responses and actions are delivered with 24-48 hours and all hiring managers are kept apprised of status.
  • Proactive candidate sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media

Offer and Onboarding Coordination

  • Negotiate and prepare offers within budget, and coordinate with other departments for onboarding. Utilize metrics such as offer acceptance rate, time to offer acceptance and candidate feedback to determine effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ year of professional work experience
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Experience working with ATS systems and sourcing tools

What We Offer

  • Mother’s lounge onsite
  • Hybrid work schedule (minimum of 3 days in office)
  • Free brand-new gym in the Chicago office
  • This is a temporary position with an expected duration of six months.
  • This position offers an hourly rate ranging from$40 to $45, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
