Experience and Skills you need:
5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Commercial construction background preferred
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Coordination with Superintendent on schedule management
P&L management and cost analysis
Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
Design-Build experience a plus
Business Development and client retention
Estimating experience nice to have
Starting salary ranges up to $150,000, depending on experience
