American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with strong CRRT skills and a WI or Compact license for a variable shift assignment.Job Details•Work in the ICU of a hospital setting,•Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive care,•Must float to IMCU (stepdown) if needed,•Variable scheduling with 12-hour day (7:00-19:00) and night (19:00-7:00) shifts as staffing requires,•Schedule is set in 4-week blocks without alternating between days and nights within the same week,•Epic EMR experience preferred,Job Requirements•Active WI or Compact RN license in hand,•Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required,•Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required,•Strong CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) skills required,•2 supervisor references from the past year, with one from the most recent assignment, required for consideration,Additional Information•May care for critically ill patients and provide advanced therapies such as CRRT,•Must be flexible to float to IMCU (stepdown) units as needed,•Modules to be completed as part of orientation, typically within the first 8 hours,•Return staff must have a 1-year break before returning as a traveler,•Candidates must be able to work with latex as the facility cannot accommodate latex allergies,•Travel pairs are accepted,•Locals are accepted at a lower pay rate with a 50-mile radius rule,•Schedule requests and RTO must be listed prior to assignment,),•hash,:• ,
