The Mission Systems line of business within CAES is recruiting a
Senior Business Development Manager
to develop and win new business with top-tier Defense Primes, focusing on military electronic warfare market segments. This full-time position is based in Lansdale, PA, with up to 50% travel, and offers hybrid flexibility across East Coast offices. Responsibilities
The role involves order generation, forecast management, and developing capture strategies for targeted market areas. The candidate will partner with Engineering to align technology roadmaps with customer needs and contribute to the division's growth goals. Core Competencies

Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business 8+ years leading multi-discipline teams and delivering growth 8+ years in defense electronics design & manufacturing, with expertise in Electronic Warfare Eligibility under US export laws and active DoD/Secret clearance Preferred:
Master's Degree in Engineering or Business 13+ years in business development within electronic warfare and radar markets Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 defense contractors Knowledge of RF, microwave, and related manufacturing processes Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $118,701.65 to $243,600.83 depending on level, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid leave, and more. About CAES
