Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport. Navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance. Professionally interact with high-profile passengers. Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience. Valid US work Authorization Able to speak, read and write in English Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays & overtime Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying Computer Literate Common sense and organized Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions Able to read & comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of duties at an airport including assisting customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions. Perform assignments at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, and other functional areas. Maintain appropriate and professional interaction with airline passengers, clients, and crew. Complete accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling. Operate machinery in accordance with operational policies and standards. Operate computers, printers, and other equipment to manage data and information confidentially.
