Job Title: Lead Data Analyst
Brady Corporation is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team. Our team is responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise data platforms from multiple applications and sources to meet data analytics needs. We partner with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations business users and data scientists to develop data-driven insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and a business-focused problem solver passionate about working with data and building analytical solutions that address business needs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other business units to identify data needs and provide analytical support. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understand data relationships within source systems like SAP, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc. Standardize data from various sources for analysis and reporting. Track data from source through transformations to reporting measures. Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for large datasets, validation, and insights generation. Coordinate user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and document requirements for improvements. Establish and maintain a Data Quality framework in partnership with data stewards and owners. Understand data warehouse concepts, dimensional data models, and architectures. Work collaboratively within an Agile team to meet delivery commitments. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a data or business analyst developing reporting or analytics solutions. Experience with SAP data is desirable. Strong SQL and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration. Proficiency with data technologies and tools such as Google BigQuery, SQL Server, Power BI; experience with Data Quality and Data Catalog tools is preferred. About Brady
