The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Lead Medical Assistant to support our Endocrinology practice in Salem, MA! This is a 40-hour onsite position. Operational responsibilities include providing guidance and oversight to Medical Assistants and Leads within the clinic, collaborating closely with the Practice Manager and Director of Operations to support day-to-day clinic functions and strategic initiatives, participating in recurring leadership meetings, supporting staff development, and contributing to strategy development and process improvement efforts to enhance patient care and team performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma/GED
- Medical Assistant course or diploma program or minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT
- Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire
Preferred:
- Endocrinology experience
