What You Will Do Provide project management for product business solutions from end-to-end to ensure project objectives are met. Partner with business leaders and executives to identify process gaps, write requirements, and define project roadmaps aligned with company strategy. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business solutions arising from changes across multiple teams and systems. Plan and convert project roadmaps into phases and workstreams with business partners. Gather requirements related to rates, rules, and forms from Product and Actuarial teams, coordinating with IT and Underwriting to align filings and effective dates. Coordinate updates to requirements as filing objections may change rates, rules, or forms implementation. Work with business and technical experts to track dependencies and gaps, and document solutions clearly. Ensure proper resource allocation and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, conflicts, and dependencies. Monitor project activities, resource constraints, and team progress, communicating issues to IT and partners. Coordinate UAT and User Access Coordinate test case documentation with Underwriting and Product teams, logging results. Report test errors with documentation to IT. Follow up on testing timelines and resources for fixes. Support UAT and defect resolution, ensuring accurate testing and reporting. Support Implementation and Post-Implementation Coordinate deployment of product changes related to rates, rules, and forms. Partner with PMO, IT, and Underwriting to plan and execute deployment. Communicate with Line of Business partners to resolve system impact issues. Support internal development and feature enhancements, including documentation and project management. Provide ongoing support for production issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve them. Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or related field; experience may substitute for degree. Minimum 5 years of insurance experience. At least 3 years of relevant technical insurance product experience. Project management experience preferred. Certificates and Licenses Desirable: CPCU, AINS, CBAP, PMP, or CAPM. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of the insurance end-to-end process. Understanding of dependencies and process impacts from changes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fundamental project management skills. High-level business knowledge in at least one functional area. Experience working with IS and technical engineers. Strong analytical skills and ability to create business cases. Understanding of insurance product lifecycle and requirements documentation. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Visio preferred. The current salary range for this position is $83,017.13 - $140,002.70, excluding benefits and bonuses. Final salary depends on experience, education, location, and comparable roles.
