Paid Training Innovative, Creative, and Ethical work Culture RBT Certification and aspiring BCBA program Behavior Therapist Requirements: High school Diploma or College Degree Childcare, healthcare, or mental health experience Knowledge of Autism Ability to work without constant oversight Positivity, Dependability & Patience Excellent written and verbal communication in English Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities: Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan. Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy About us: Key Autism Services provides family-focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to bring about meaningful and positive change to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
