Description As a Business Development Manager at Michael Page, you will handle a varied, stimulating, and challenging role daily, fostering your interpersonal and commercial skills for personal and professional growth. Your responsibilities include:
Hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within our Legal market
Managing the process from interview through offer stage and closing sales
Managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates using multiple online resources
Building partnerships with clients to develop tailored solutions for attracting candidates
Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates thoroughly
Mentoring and developing entry-level sales consultants
Involvement in proposal development and pitching
Negotiating commercial terms and rates
Fast track to management opportunities
Profile We seek the best and brightest sales and recruitment professionals ready to bring energy, passion, and determination. Our ideal candidate:
Has at least 3 years of staffing experience on the client or candidate side within Legal
Has full desk recruitment experience in permanent placement (preferred)
Has prospecting and closing experience (required)
Is familiar with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
Possesses a positive attitude, driven to achieve quotas, and thrives on challenges
Desires to develop as a sales professional
Holds a BA/BS degree or equivalent
Is adaptable, coachable, curious, and committed to self-improvement
