Hiring Range: $117,852.80 to $161,075.20
Pay Range: $117,852.80 to $182,686.40

Sign-on Bonus Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) Team provides direct customer-owner care in assigned clinics, following established protocols and treatment regimens. Qualifications: Licensed as a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Alaska with an active Collaborative Agreement. Current NCCPA certification. Eligible for associate medical staff membership and privileges. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, NRP, ATLS, PALS, etc.) as necessary for specialty practice. Native Preference: SCF follows a policy of Native preference under P.L. 93-638, requiring certification from Human Resources before applicants receive preference. Employee Health Requirements: Compliance with health screening and immunizations is mandatory before employment, including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19, especially for HCP positions.
