Rainbow International of Northeastern Maryland is searching for a Truck Driver/Forklift Operator.

Job Description:

• Must be capable of driving a motor vehicle up to 25,999 lbs. GVW, 25 feet long.
• Be able to operate and maintain a 7,000 lb. forklift to load and unload vehicles.
• Be capable of operating electronic devices to use inventory management software.
• Be able to load and unload contents from vaults.
• Be able to lift and carry furniture and boxes for delivery to and from customer homes.
• Operate and perform general maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and DOT for any/all class vehicles operated.
• Must possess a current forklift operator’s certification.
• Must have the ability to read and write the English language, and have the mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, and maintain a record of duty status, etc.
• Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

The Truck Driver/Forklift Operator is responsible for delivering vaults and picking up contents from contents jobs. When not delivering or coordinating deliveries, the Forklift Operator/Truck Driver is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and has the authority to report regular offenders of clutter, sloppiness, and/or safety hazards. The Forklift Operator/Truck Driver recognizes that we sell the neatness of our operation to individuals touring our facility on short or no notice.

Compensation: $16 to $21 per hour depending on experience.
