Full-Time About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Policy Data Migration Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Guidewire Policy data migration, preferably on the cloud and a strong background in data migration from Mainframe and other databases. This role requires a deep understanding of policy data migration process in Guidewire with an on-renewal approach and proficiency with the Guidewire Policy Migration Tool. Key Responsibilities: Lead the data migration efforts for converting policies from legacy systems to Guidewire PolicyCenter, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. Work with business and IT teams to develop a rollout strategy for the policies being migrated Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data migration strategies and timelines. Ability to lead a large team across geographies with a focus on seamless delivery. Analyze source data from Mainframe and other databases to identify and resolve data quality issues. Ability to provide solution options to meet the requirements efficiently for data conversion needs. Should be able to discuss and advise client on data migration approaches/options and facilitate choice of an approach to follow. Develop and execute data migration plans, including data mapping, transformation, and validation. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Monitor and report on the progress of data migration activities, addressing any issues or risks promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead, specifically with Guidewire PolicyCenter on the cloud. Experience of at least 2 Guidewire conversion programs, one of which should be for PolicyCenter. Strong knowledge of Mainframe and other database systems. Expertise in Personal Lines data migration on a renewal approach. Proficiency with the Guidewire Policy Migration Tool. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale data migration projects. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
