Responsibilities: • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly • Secure any required licenses and permits from appropriate authorities to ensure construction is up to code • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields • Experience using construction or project management software preferred • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager Compensation: $80,000
