This role is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining strong coordination among all stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction operations from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones
- Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to drive project progress
- Lead daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings to uphold safety and quality expectations
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and reports
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or related construction leadership role
- Proven track record with multifamily construction projects
- Proficient in construction software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a solution-focused mindset
- Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, document control, and stakeholder coordination
