As an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
Reporting to senior leadership within the project management division, you will collaborate closely with estimating teams, field operations, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Success in this role is defined by effective project execution, strong team leadership, excellent client relationships, and financial accountability.
Manage all phases of assigned commercial and multifamily electrical projects from initiation through completion.
Oversee project financials, including procurement of materials, budget management, and cost-to-complete tracking.
Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure seamless project handoffs and alignment between estimating and field teams.
Set goals and provide ongoing coaching, leadership, and support to foremen and field teams.
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients; address and resolve any project concerns or changes.
Prepare, estimate, and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure timely and thorough project closeout processes, meeting client satisfaction requirements.
Build and maintain professional relationships in the electrical and construction industries to support long-term business growth.
3–5 years of proven experience managing electrical projects within commercial and multifamily construction environments.
Proficiency in project management software platforms, especially Procore, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area (85009) before employment begins.
Strong leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive team environment.
