• Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, finance, operations, and vendors to define requirements and enable seamless system integration.
• Planning & Execution: Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources; track progress and adapt as needed.
• Risk Management: Anticipate challenges and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Communication: Provide consistent updates on milestones, risks, and achievements to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Training & Adoption: Oversee training programs and materials to drive effective user onboarding and long-term adoption.

• Demonstrated success managing Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations.
• Strong grasp of cloud-based technologies; AI industry experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  
  

• Develop a comprehensive project plan with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Establish clear stakeholder communication channels for consistent updates and feedback.
• Lead a risk assessment workshop to identify vulnerabilities and design mitigation strategies.
