Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with objectives.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement processes for materials and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with all project participants to ensure collaboration and success.
