For the Weston Office we're looking for a Staff Accountant in Weston, FL.

  • Essential functions include but are not limited to:
    • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
    • Verify Commission requests for accuracy
    • Update loan & interest schedules
    • Maintain General Ledger
    • Provide year-end reports & schedules for annual audits.
    • Prepare and deliver bank deposits
    • Coordinate with several internal departments
    • Analyze and prepare monthly and/or quarterly entries for rental operations
    • Prepare sales tax filings
    • Research and reclassify expense accounts
    • Assist senior accountant, accounting manager, and controller as needed
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
  • 1-3 years of related Accountant work experience
