In this role, you'll report directly to the Controller and lead day-to-day accounting operations. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across departments.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Supervise one Junior Accountant and provide functional guidance to AP, AR and Payroll
• Support payroll processing, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with inventory and cost accounting, including variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reporting, and tax compliance
• Support audits and help maintain strong internal controls
• Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing
• Payroll experience required, ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with cost accounting and/or inventory are pluses
