Position Summary: The position is responsible for general accounting duties to ensure and maintain the accuracy of the companys financial records and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, or related field
  • Seven years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Acumatica or NetSuite

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist Controller in maintaining financial records and month-end close
  • Maintain Fixed Asset system
  • Reconcile other general ledger balances to supporting detail
  • Create and process monthly journal entries accruals, depreciation, etc.
  • Review variances, research and adjust as appropriate
  • Maintain accuracy of Inventory by location and type
  • Review bills-of-manufacturing for accuracy, adjust as necessary
  • Review and determine impact of edited BOMs
  • Maintain payroll database and process bi-weekly payroll for HTI
  • Assist year-end inventory reconciliation and year-end close
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Microsoft Office products; functional in Access
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superior organization and problem-solving skills
